I mentioned a one-liner to my husband about wanting to adopt a baby with Down Syndrome but knew it would be a life-long commitment. I'm not sure that there will ever be a good time but I need to get up the courage to share my hear with him and why adopting a Down Syndrome child is an honor. We're not getting any younger though (I'm 37 and he's47), but with much prayer and if it's God's Will (and God touches my husband's heart) it will happen.
