I pray he has a quick recovery! But yes, I completely understand quarantine! Our kiddos share a room, so when one is sick, they head to bed with us. (Better Mommy or Daddy get sick than a kiddo!) We actually drove about 20 miles to get our son's flu shot today (b/c it was the only place anywhere near us that had them). My hubby came home with swine flu this week! :) So, he's 'quarantined' in the bedroom while the 22 month old shares his cold with the 8 month old and I sleep on the couch! Ah, life with small children! I've really had to ask God for peace, strength and, as you said, perspective during these times when the media would have us believe deadly viruses await us at every turn! I know we need to be smart, but we also have a wise, almighty God who is in control!! Whew! I, too, have prayed that God would protect my family from serious illness.
