I was a teenager when it came out and fairly secular in my tastes at the time, so it would stand to reason I would get swept up with all my friends and dedicate my afternoons to watching it. The first episode I saw I remember thinking, "This is stupid. Who lives like this?" Now that I'm older and wiser, I recognize a "shock-value" show when I see one. Sounds like that's what NBC is trying to do; unfortunately, it's been done so many times that it's <i>cliche</i>. (OK, I do want to mention that I love <i>Project Runway</i>. When I was in Elementary school, I used to draw and design dresses on little pieces of paper, so I still have a love for stuff like that, even though I'm smart enough to know I am SOOO not talented in that area. You're so good to watch the whole thing and catch us up on what we missed....the few minutes I saw made me very scared of having teenagers. The show just sounds painful. I have it recorded only because we were going to talk about it here. Needless to say I will promptly delete it to make room for whatever TBS movie is on this weekend. And yes, I would be bothered by teens sleeping together. It's NBC, not MTV. Also, the teens knew what they would be doing. Why are they whining about it? It's so stupid. Really, NBC? Talk about a traumatic experience, all for a little air time. I am most upset at the "parents" who would volunteer their kids for such a thing. Just horrible.
