Actually I mixed them all together and when Jon looked at the list he thought I might want slow music for transition (the toughest part) and more upbeat music while I was pushing. I thought it was good advice and he made two separate playlists for me. It turns out I never used it because the baby came pretty soon after we got there. I did a combo of slow songs and fast songs. After my first came out we listened to a lot of Jack Johnson in the room.
